There is no way to increase the size of the font at the moment. We have plans to allow the user to create a template for their order acknowledgements in the future (which would allow you to change font sizes as desired) but unfortunately don't have any timescale at present.

Is there any movement on this yet. I am having complaints of the Product Lines being too small to read from our Operations Dept.
If a user customisable templated system is planned yet not prioritized, may I suggest a quick fix whereby you create a larger print template and then let the user choose which one to use (this could be set on the cloud config page)

This is currently in the design stage but we don't have an ETA yet.
We tend to shy away from quick fixes where possible as it's very difficult to move away from them in the long term, given the high number of versions of Sales Presenter that we need to remain compatible with (there are currently over 30 versions in use in the marketplace).

Any news on being able to increase the font size?

The ability to increase the font size has been developed and released for our CloudCart product. However, this functionality is not yet available for Sales Presenter.

We are in the process of testing this development for SalesPresenter and it's our intention to release it during the second quarter of this year.

I believe this release is getting close. I wanted to know if there is a way currently to sort the acknowledgement by catalogue sequence which would be better as the default as I noticed it is in the order it is entered or switching on product code. neither of these work real well for us produc t code splits the categories and as entered does the same due to the customer going back through and entering additional items.
Will there be user select option in the up coming module
cheers

The product catalogue sequence is not stored with the order lines, therefore the order acknowledgement cannot be sorted by it.

any updates as this is the only issue that is a pain as my customers are complaining about the text size on order acknowledgements emailed are very difficult to read

I've passed your details onto a member of our Sales Team who will be in contact with you shortly.
