Fixed. I deleted and reinstalled app. looks like the 2 products are gone

Using the Reset Database option within Sales Presenter would have the same effect as this physically deletes the existing database.
We're unsure as to why the two products didn't disappear though if you'd uploaded a new CSV file, processed it and downloaded it to the iPad.
