Stolen Ipad

Hi, One of the sales team had her ipad stolen. we have bought her a new one. How do we get Sales Presenter on her new one without having to purchase it again or do we? Thanks

Connect it to the same iTunes account and when prompted restore it from the previous iPads backup. You should get all of the Apps etc back on the new iPad as long as you have backed them up. Check with BAC, but you should be able to de-authorise the iPad in your cloud account then add the new one.

This is correct. As long as the new iPad is paired with the same iTunes account then the app won't need to be purchased again. If viewing the app in the App Store directly on the new iPad it should display an Install button rather than a Buy button.

As also mentioned by Salcogroup, you should de-authorise the stolen iPad from within your cloud account. This will prevent anyone from synchronising that iPad with your cloud account.
