Our rep code 87 is set to be able to view all customers on our database. On the sales presenter rep 87 cannot view all of the customers. How can this be fixed?

If you set a rep code for an iPad in your list of registered devices in the cloud account then only customers for that rep code will be downloaded by the iPad.
If you don't set a rep code for an iPad then all customers will be downloaded by that iPad.
If you set a rep code for an iPad then subsequently unset it then we recommend that you use the "Force a Full Download" option on the iPad to ensure that a full dataset is received when you next download from the cloud (otherwise, you'll only receive all customers created after you last downloaded).
