Hi all, I am trying to upload a countries csv to match with the country codes for my customers, but i am unable to find the download for Countries.csv. It isn't in any of the zip files I have located on the Downloads page. I have also tried creating my own csv with various column setups, but get an error when trying to upload.

If it's a file you've not successfully uploaded in the past, it may be that you haven't yet mapped the file in the File Management > File Mappings section of your Cloud account. If you're wanting to upload a Countries.csv file, the option in the File Mappings screen regarding the Countries file type should have the "Current Filename Mapping" set as "Countries.csv". Note that after doing so and then successfully uploading the file, you'll want to also map the fields for that file type via the File Mappings screen too.

If the above is not the cause of your issue, please do share with us the error message that is being shown in the Upload Files screen when you attempt to upload the file.
