Hi,
I could only generate order confirmations currently. How can you generate a VAT Invoice from the order confirmation. Also how can you edit the order confirmation at picking stage.

SalesPresenter is an order taking application, so although there are options to display the Sales Tax (VAT) information on acknowledgement PDFs of the orders and/or invoices you create in the app, the process of converting orders to invoices and generating picking notes would be something you'd want to perform in your ERP system.
We do have a number of options to allow orders created in SalesPresenter to flow seamlessly into various ERP systems, so do let me know if you'd like more information on this and I can pass your details onto our Sales team who can get in touch.
