Max volume of linked Items

Hi
One of my clients / suppliers use display stands. I would like to use this as a basis for a order.
i.e. Stand, XXXX with 6xAAA, 6x BBB and so on, how many different products can I link to 1 main product
Some stands hold up to 49 assorted products.

Re: Max volume of linked Items

The functionality for Linked Products allows up to 38 products to be linked so we wouldn't recommend it in this scenario, however there is a better way for you to achieve what you're looking for.

If you were to create the order exactly as you need it directly in SalesPresenter, with the stand and 6xAAA and so on, you can then simply navigate to that order whenever you wish to use it as the basis for a new order and use the Copy function on it. When using the Copy function, it allows you to choose which customer and address you are copying the order to, and you can then go into the Lines from there to add more to the order should you wish. This method means that the quantities for each of the items (and even the prices if you so wish) have already been determined from the template order that you created. Some users find it easiest to create any template orders on a single "dummy" customer that they create in SalesPresenter so that they're easier to locate when needed.
