Ive added a new batch of products to my products.csv file and catalogue product matrix, bringing my total products to 1955, however when forcing a full download on the iPads it only brings in 1253. It seems to have added roughly 10 new products but the rest are not showing, Im not Sure what to do regarding this.
PS ive downloaded the products csv file and catalogue product matrix file from the cloud and it shows exactly what I uploaded

To help us investigate, are you able to provide the ProductCode of one of the new products you've added that are not showing in SalesPresenter?

The field ProductCode in the Products CSV file is a key field, meaning it must be unique. Though you have 1,955 records in your Products CSV file, 702 of them are duplicate ProductCodes. This means that when the Cloud processes your file, these 702 duplicate products are being ignored and therefore the number of products available will be 1,253.
The product you mentioned is one that exists in the file twice, so you should be seeing it in SalesPresenter, but only once.
If you need these new 702 products to appear in SalesPresenter, you need to ensure that they have unique values in the ProductCode column.
