Ajust order summary

How dose one go back to default settings, have tried, but nothing happens.


On my iPad things that are not displaying correctly Firstly when making an order and want to use standard narrative it doesn't work ( nothing displays on the order).

Secondly the sales order form is completely all wrong, not showing the order just the line number and the product number on the right hand side ,not even the order value.

There isn't a "Reset" for the configurations in a cloud account. However from what you've described about your order acknowledgements it sounds like you may have been playing around with the column widths of the fields that you have configured to show. If just the LineNumber and the ProductCode are showing, then I suspect either the ProductCode or the next field (possibly the Description) may have had their Width set to a number that is high enough to cause no further fields to be able to fit on the page. You'll want to reduce the numbers in the Width setting for the columns that could be causing the issue.

Can you explain further what you mean by the standard narrative not working?

I have now tried to reset the configurations as to what they were originally but the preview when I click on it it comes back as just a blank.? Also tried to raise a credit note to-day and having the same problem ( only line numbers product codes with no quantities or credit price ., again the standard narrative not working.
The standard narrative is in the zip file and loaded to cloud, could you please advise me how to get back on track.
It seams that there are not instructions to advise you how to set manager order acknowledgments.

Please note that there are two sections in the cloud where order acknowledgments can be configured. The standard section which adjusts the templates titled "Classic" can be adjusted to a limited extent via the Configuration > Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account.
The second section can be found under the Styling > Manage Order Acknowledgements section, however this is very technical so we do not recommend you using this section at this stage.

Under the Configuration > Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account, you will see a list of fields that can be output to the order acknowledgements. Against each field there is a width that can be set to determine how wide the columns show on the order acknowledgment. We can see that on your cloud account, the Description field has been set to a Width of 180 (by default this value is 30).
For reference, the image below shows the default values for the settings in this section of your cloud account. We'd recommend you set the values on your cloud account to match the default values below to get you back on track.

We'd also recommend that when making configuration changes in your cloud account, to take a note of what is being changed in order to revert back in the event that you are not seeing the desired effect following your next Download From Cloud in SalesPresenter.

Lastly, regarding the Standard Narrative. You'll see when creating a new order in SalesPresenter that you have a text box titled Special Instructions. You can enter any text into this box, or you can press the "i" button to the right of the box to choose from your list of Standard Narrative options. This all looks correctly set in your cloud account, so if you were to create a new order, select a Standard Narrative in the Special Instructions, and then view the order acknowledgement following completion of the order, you will see the selected text at the bottom of the order acknowledgement under the "Special Instructions" title.

Please be sure when previewing the order acknowledgements in SalesPresenter to utilise one of the two "Classic" templates as these are the templates you will be fixing via the above instructions. Please ignore the other four that are showing for you.
