Please advise if any recent changes in data export to CSV to import to back office systems have occurred as we are having difficulty importin Orders and Quotes from Ireland customers. Rest of UK is unaffected.

No recent changes have been made to the standard CSV or XML order file formats. In the event that changes do need to be made to the standard formats, we're always sure to add any new fields to the end of the records in the CSV format so as not to disrupt any existing import functionality our clients may have in place.
