Hi the process files button has been greyed out for 2 days now, so i cant action an update?

The Process Files option is only available when there is one or more data files on the cloud that requires processing. Most commonly, a data file would require processing because a new version of the file has been uploaded to the cloud, but it would also be the case if the field mappings have been adjusted for the file type.
On your cloud account, no new data files have been uploaded for 2 days. You can see the timestamps of the data files and whether they have been processed via the File Management > Manage Data Files section of your cloud account.
