Hi. When users have updated to the latest version (1.9.2) and they go to view the order history for a product by pressing on the "H" button, they see the titles of the fields, but no data.
At the foot of the pop-up window it says from (null) to (null). Is this a date format issue, or is there some extra configuration that I should have set for the updated version? Thanks

Thank you for your detailed description of the issue.
We've performed our initial investigation and have now passed this across to the development team to look into further. We'll come back to you on this as soon as we have more information.

The latest version of SalesPresenter allows users to see history for a customer/product regardless of the order type (previously only order history would be shown when creating an order, quote history for quotes and so on). Unfortunately this change has inadvertently caused an issue for users who are configured to not be allowed to choose an order type when creating a new order.
We will shortly be submitting a new release to Apple to address this issue, however you can remedy it for the meantime by switching ON the following option in the Configuration > Order Entry section of your cloud account:
Tick this box if you want to be able to select order types of: Order, Quote, Invoice and Credit Note
