When i try to upload a .JPG file i get following error
The license is the license i see when logged in (10 digits)
The activation is the activation i see when logged in (4 * 4 digits/characters)
What is exact meaning of "your settings match the details in your cloud account" ?

You need to change the name of this field to licence. The web service should then be able to extract the contents ok.
